  • Together with Dave you will develop a coaching plan specific to your goals for leadership development and individual growth. Your plan will include practical applications that will support your day-to-day work and are designed to facilitate sustained positive impact.

    A typical coaching engagement spans 6-9 months, starting with an “intake” conversation from which your coaching plan that typically includes 2-3 major goals is hatched. For some leaders, especially CEOs, Dave may propose a longer engagement. Sessions take place by video or phone for an hour every two weeks. We see great results and transformation for those open to the coaching process and are willing to do the work. Don’t worry, the “homework” each week is about 1-2 hours.
